Transformational coaching is the art of assisting people to grow in line with their own aspirations, beyond their current reality, toward a new, evolving vision.

Transformational coaching happens when the vision and goals achieved are significantly beyond what they originally conceptualized. My clients experience transformation in a way that they feel loved, valued and supported. What is important to me is that my clients feel a sense of trust and confidence in my integrity and the confidentiality of the our conversations.

This process requires a special coaching alliance — a supportive caring relationship — involving genuine communication between the myself and the client.

I have spent over 25 years transforming organizations into highly competitive market driven entities by successfully leading high performing teams in business restructurings, turnarounds and start up situations.

In 2011, MEO Consulting LLC was born. I began facilitating workshops, annual planning retreats and SWOT Analysis for small businesses to support them in accomplishing their next goal. My intuition played a key role in seeing what’s in the way, what’s it’s not working, and what gets to occur to bring freedom, excitement and prosperity to the business. My intuition (I call it my ‘Tetris’) guides me to see how the pieces need to fall into place in order to achieve the goal.

Transformational coaching and my intuition my clients have discovered what a life of freedom and entrepreneurship means to them, what it looks like and how to create it with ease, grace and authenticity.

I was born in Boston, Massachusetts. We moved to Arizona in 1968. When I was a little girl I could leave my body and visit family back home. I continued that journey when my parents divorced. I have the ability to feel and see things long before they happen. I am fiercely intuitive.

I have a burning desire to support others in knowing they matter. You are unique and you were created with unique gifts to share with the world. I am using my unique gifts to help others BE their extraordinary selves. I see you.

I ‘see’ the big picture. I also see all the things that need to happen in order to get there. Working with me requires you to go deeper, to open your heart, to share your gifts with the world.
